The Role

As Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for taking complex Microsoft projects from concept to go-live.

Your focus will be on delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and building a structured yet agile delivery model that scales.

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading projects across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
• Managing international teams of consultants, architects, and developers
• Overseeing project planning, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Coaching internal teams and maintaining delivery standards
• Driving adoption of agile and classical methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2)
• Ensuring compliance and governance across all delivery streams
• Introducing AI-driven tools to enhance project performance
