For our client in Germany-Berlin , we are recruiting a Stock Contributor Relation Support&Account Manager.

Location: Berlin

Work model: hybrid (1-2 days / week onsite)

Mandatory language: English

Contract term: 18months

Duties
  • Support the company's Stock Contributors via Email, Ticket and Chat with technical and aesthetic questions and in all matters concerning the company's Stock contributor portal;
  • Be available as Point of Contact in community forums and interact with the community;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process and feature improvements;
  • Tasks related to the company's Stock contributor support can be assigned;
  • Act as Point of Contact for a selected List of thecompany's Stock Artists and set them up for success.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is a plus);
  • Strong ability to evaluate creative quality;
  • Experience handling relationships through tools such as Salesforce or other CRM Tools;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • A hardworking, responsible, creative and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Confident handling of PC / Mc, proficient in MS Office;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Mainly Adobe Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC).
Bonus points
  • Existing relationships with the art community (graphic designers, agencies, illustrators, artists etc.);
  • Familiarity with content licensing, intellectual property and third-party rights and the Stock industry.
