Jobbeschreibung

Within the Customer Success Management department, you will be responsible for managing managed services around our IoT & SaaS solutions in collaboration with internal teams and customers in the retail sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring compliance with service commitments and the means implemented on service contracts (support, maintenance, fleet management, etc.) in conjunction with stakeholders (support, sales, customer project managers, experts, etc.)
  • Coordinating teams (support, customer project managers, etc.) to ensure quality service and achieve service contract commitments
  • Tracking service contract budgets
  • Defining the content and terms of service implementation through SLAs/OLAs and their evolution as necessary, in consultation with contract stakeholders
  • Leading customer steering committees
  • Ensuring that events impacting the service contract throughout its lifecycle are addressed
  • Developing progress and action plans
  • Proactively proposing changes to the scope of service, quantifying and justifying them with the customer in collaboration with the KAM
  • Participating in the implementation and renewal of contracts related to sales and pre-sales departments to provide indicators and information for strategy development

Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager, preferably in an international environment

Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in the retail and IoT sectors are appreciated

Skills:

  • Dynamic, mobile, flexible; team-oriented with a positive work environment mindset
  • Customer-oriented, resilient under pressure and stress, especially in the retail sector
  • German C1 level is mandatory
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential due to the international context
  • Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus, given the expansion in Europe and the Middle East
