We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (1-year contract)

As a Customer Success Manager you are the strategic partner for our B2B clients ensuring they achieve their learning and business goals with Babbels solutions. Youll leverage your expertise in customer success to build lasting relationships drive adoption and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.

You will:
  • Build and grow relationships : Serve as the main contact for key B2B accounts understanding their needs and aligning Babbels solutions to achieve shared success.
  • Provide tailored recommendations : Use consultative approaches to identify opportunities offer personalized solutions and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Encourage adoption and engagement : Develop success plans monitor progress with data insights and address challenges to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee projects : Manage onboarding renewals and expansion efforts with multiple stakeholders ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients : Represent customer needs internally collaborating with teams like Learner Success Product and Support to shape future solutions.
  • Utilize tools and insights : Work with tools like Hubspot and Vitally to track progress identify risks and communicate value to clients.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge : Contribute to team learning by exchanging best practices and creating a supportive high-performing environment.
You have:
  • Experience in customer success management ideally in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : Engage effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Language proficiency : Fluent in English and / or German; additional languages like Italian or Spanish are a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and achieve retention / expansion goals.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with online learning and enthusiasm for the EdTech space.
  • Proficiency with CRM & CSM-tools like Hubspot Vitally or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset : Translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
