A major international Customer Experience company based in Berlin is seeking an experienced professional to join their German-speaking Customer Success & Sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, managing a dynamic pipeline, and building relationships to drive revenue through upselling. The ideal candidate will have outbound sales experience and exceptional communication skills in German and English. A relocation package is available for candidates moving from abroad.

What You'll Do
  • Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored product solutions

  • Research customer history (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customer-specific value use cases

  • Manage a dynamic pipeline and report accurate forecasts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product adoption

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers

What You Bring
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing)

  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models

  • Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with customer and market data

  • Confidence in presenting to high-level executives
