BorgWarner Aftermarket Europe GmbH is offering a new professional challenge in an international team as Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).

The Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) has the responsibility of providing the best support and experience for our international customers. We solve problems when they occur in such a way that customers experience a smooth experience with us as the supplier of choice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the day-to-day business, especially being supportive in all steps of order processing for the assigned customers.
• Receiving and managing customer orders in the current IT-System
• Monitoring of orders in arrears, and if necessary arranging alternative delivery dates.
• Supervising of leaving shipments on a daily basis while also transferring individual customer priorities.
• Recording and implementing of individual shipping instructions with the responsible shipping and customs department.
• Managing and maintaining the individual prices and master file data of the assigned customer accounts.
• Taking ownership of the customer complaint handling by receiving, managing and forwarding customer complaints to the involved departments.
• Responsible for handling Customer Accounts Receivables.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or completed 3 years vocational business education
• 2 years experience in Customer Services
• Very good German and English, verbally and written
• Very good French, verbally and written
