We are searching for a Country Business Director / Sales Director for the DACH region to lead our Diagnostics business area and drive business growth and market share expansion.

What You Can Expect
  • Develop strategic business plans for the Diagnostics division in the DACH region which align with national goals and objectives and accountability for short, medium and long-term strategies that ensure sustainable profitable growth for the DACH region.
  • Develop and engage the team, motivating them to achieve relevant targets.
  • Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
  • Be an effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand and the elevation of women’s health.
What We Expect
  • Experience of developing and delivering a compelling vision for the region, demonstrate knowledge of strategic planning and execution, including market analysis, competitive strategy, and business modelling.
  • Solid grasp of business operations, financial management, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of customers within the DACH region and company’s business and financial drivers to assist sales team in developing business solutions.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams towards achieving company goals. Select, Sponsor and Develop talent.
  • Understanding of the medical device and diagnostics industry, including regulatory requirements, product development cycles, and market trends.
  • Accountable for regional business contractual and statutory compliance and success.
  • Experience of having worked within a complex matrix organisation.
