Your tasks

• Establishment, further development and operation of the IT landscape
• Service design (in particular capacity, information security and availability management)
• Service transition (in particular release, deployment and test management)
• Service operation (in particular incident and problem management at 2nd / 3rd level)
• Continual service improvement
• Establishment, further development and operation of the media landscape with the integration of pioneering technologies (e.g. virtual and augmented reality, deep learning, AI, interaction with robots)
• Management and coordination of internal and external partners in the area of responsibility
