  • 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales Recruiting for Germany.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech or similar industry.
Preferred qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 6 years of experience closing applicants and discussing compensation packages by leveraging skills in talent acquisition.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent work ethic, accountability, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

  • Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicants from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of applicants.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
  • Collaborate effectively with interview teams and all levels of management to ensure preparedness during the interview process and facilitate seamless information exchange.
  • Discuss offers to close talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
