About the Venture

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS venture at the intersection of hospitality, data and CRM. Our product is loved by customers across Europe, and we’re now preparing for our next stage of scale with ambitious revenue goals. This means transforming from a single-product setup into a platform with multiple product lines including data-heavy features, serving a broader customer base with deeper integration capabilities.

About the Role

As CPO, you will define and execute our product vision, oversee the scaling of our product organisation, and ensure our solutions continue to create measurable impact for customers. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our CTO and other senior leaders, you will own the product roadmap, guide execution across multiple product lines, and ensure clarity and alignment in a distributed tech setup as we scale.

You will be the advocate for our customers, the architect of our product organisation, and the driving force behind our next phase of innovation and growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Defining and driving the evolution of our product from a CRM solution into a central guest data platform – the backbone for future AI-powered features and multiple product lines with robust integration capabilities.
  • Leading the product organisation, bringing in new PMs and designers, and collaborating closely with both a European tech core and a fast-growing engineering team in India – ensuring clarity, accountability, and pace in a distributed setup.
  • Working hand in hand with engineering leadership to create clarity, set priorities, and ensure distributed teams deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
  • Work closely with Sales in strategic pitches, bringing product credibility into the sales process and helping to close enterprise customers, scoping what can be supported, and translating insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Balancing innovation with reliability: ensuring our core product remains excellent while guiding the expansion into new product areas.
  • Building a product that thrives in an ecosystem of multiple API connections – enabling integrations with a wide range of external systems and ensuring smooth interoperability.
  • Collaborating across functions – sales, marketing, customer success – to ensure product decisions align with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Establish structured customer feedback loops – from roadmap input to post-launch success measurement – ensuring product evolution is always grounded in customer value.
  • Defining and monitoring product KPIs, ensuring outcomes are transparent, data-driven, and tied to business impact.
About You
  • Significant track record in SaaS product leadership within high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing multi-product portfolios with a high degree of technical and data complexity.
  • Skilled at working with distributed teams, with a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution.
  • Strong customer‑first mindset, with the ability to translate insights into clear product priorities.
  • Excellent communicator: clear, structured, and direct, able to create alignment across technical and commercial functions.
  • Hospitality or CRM experience is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
