Your mission

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff (f/m/d) to join the leadership team at deeploi.

In this C-level role, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, driving cross‑functional alignment, leading financial and investor‑related initiatives, and ensuring strong internal decision‑making and execution across the company.

You’ll combine financial acumen with organizational excellence, helping steer deeploi through growth, fundraising, and operational scaling — effectively acting as a bridge between strategy, finance, and execution.

This is a highly visible and impactful role that will shape the company’s next growth phase.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive investor relations & fundraising: Prepare materials, manage investor communications, and support the CEO in fundraising and long‑term financial planning.
• Lead financial reporting & insights: Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and forecasts — ensuring strategic alignment and data‑driven decisions.
• Structure internal processes: Streamline decision‑making, OKRs, and cross‑functional collaboration for clarity and accountability.
• Partner with leadership: Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and leadership team as a trusted thought partner — translating strategy into execution.
• Own strategic projects: Lead high‑impact initiatives that strengthen deeploi’s operating model and drive sustainable growth.

Your profile

• 6+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting, investment, or strategic/finance leadership roles in a high‑growth startup or tech environment.
• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and planning — ideally with exposure to fundraising or investor relations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on approach to execution.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between strategy, finance, and operations.
• High integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English and German.
