Luxury hotel with 77 rooms and suites. 1000 square metres of spa and wellness. The hotel has two restaurants, one of which is Michelin‑starred. A total of 130 employees look after the well‑being of the guests, who cite vacation and relaxation as the main reason for their arrival. The kitchen crew serves the a‑la‑carté, HP menu and gourmet restaurant from two kitchens. The Gourmet has 45 pax, the second restaurant incl. terrace and bar 80 pax. We are looking for a Chef de Rang for this hotel with immediate effect.
