The Technical Services Team for Europe, operates out of the Barcelona offices, providing regulatory support for the EEA and UK region, as well as managing the Pharmacovigilance system for the European affiliates of the MSN group.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision‑making across the company. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Development to turn data into insights and insights into impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business analytics, monitoring performance and market trends.
• Support process automation initiatives to streamline operations and reporting.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop data‑driven strategies.
• Help identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence tools.

Qualification and Skills

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Science, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Cloud / Looker Studio / Excel / Python / Tableau / SQL / (or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
