At Greenlyte, we are reshaping the global fuel economy with our novel, IP‑protected, direct air capture to fuels technology, which shows superior economic potential compared to existing approaches, even reaching fossil prices. Backed by leading European VCs and with commercial agreement from Lufthansa and MB Energy, we are deploying our first commercial facilities to prove commercial viability in the next 12 months.

As a Business Development & Project Analyst, you’ll be part of the team turning breakthrough technology into real commercial impact. You’ll build business cases, connect with partners and customers, and help deliver our first large‑scale clean‑tech projects from concept to reality. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and offers direct exposure to the frontier of climate innovation.
Specifically you will…
Your first 12 months: learning fast, owning more This is a launchpad role for a high‑performing graduate. We expect rapid learning, initiative, and increasing ownership.
Months 0–1: Onboard & accelerate
Months 1–3: Take ownership of workstreams
Months 3–6: Drive project development & sales support
Months 6–12: Operate as a mini‑project manager

This role cannot be done fully remotely. You should be based within commuting distance to Essen or be open to relocate and we’re happy to support that.
