Jobbeschreibung
Are you ready to save the planet?

At Greenlyte, we are reshaping the global fuel economy with our novel, IP‑protected, direct air capture to fuels technology, which shows superior economic potential compared to existing approaches, even reaching fossil prices. Backed by leading European VCs and with commercial agreement from Lufthansa and MB Energy, we are deploying our first commercial facilities to prove commercial viability in the next 12 months.

Where Ambition Meets Purpose We are not waiting for change. We are building it together. At Greenlyte, speed and collaboration define how we work. Our culture rewards initiative, learning, and teamwork. If you want to grow fast, take ownership, and shape real impact, this is the place to do it.

How you’ll contribute

As a Business Development & Project Analyst, you’ll be part of the team turning breakthrough technology into real commercial impact. You’ll build business cases, connect with partners and customers, and help deliver our first large‑scale clean‑tech projects from concept to reality. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and offers direct exposure to the frontier of climate innovation.

Specifically you will…

  • Drive components of first‑of‑a‑kind (FOAK) project initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Own timelines, workstreams, and deliverables across project development.
  • Prepare crisp presentations and internal briefings that inform commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Draft and refine commercial agreements (NDAs, MOUs, term sheets).
  • Shape business cases by integrating commercial, technical, and regulatory inputs.
  • Conduct market and policy analysis across priority sectors and geographies.
  • Map stakeholders, identify strategic partners, build lead lists, and track reference projects.

Your first 12 months: learning fast, owning more This is a launchpad role for a high‑performing graduate. We expect rapid learning, initiative, and increasing ownership.

Months 0–1: Onboard & accelerate

  • Learn our technology, business model, and project development playbook.
  • Shadow key meetings with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; produce concise notes and action trackers.
  • Learn core working tools: slide templates, mini data room, contact/contract trackers.

Months 1–3: Take ownership of workstreams

  • Lead a defined research or project sub‑workstream (e.g., market sizing, site/partner screening, LOI/term sheet drafting support).
  • Build and maintain stakeholder maps; run targeted outreach lists with clear next steps.
  • Create investment‑grade slides and one‑pagers for internal/external use.

Months 3–6: Drive project development & sales support

  • Own a project work package end‑to‑end (timeline, risks, dependencies) and report progress.
  • Co‑own a segment of the commercial pipeline.
  • Draft and iterate on commercial documents (NDA/MOU/term sheet) with legal/BD input.

Months 6–12: Operate as a mini‑project manager

  • Serve as day‑to‑day coordinator for a large scale commercial project development.
  • Maintain structured overviews of key partners, references, and project economics; keep leadership unblocked.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market and stakeholder engagement (materials, meetings, events), and iterate business cases with updated technical/commercial assumptions.
About you
  • Completed (or close to) Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, economics, political science, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in climate tech, startups, and the challenge of scaling breakthrough technologies.
  • A curious, structured mindset with the ability to learn quickly and simplify complex topics.
  • Initial experience in consulting, venture capital, startups, or academic research is a plus.
  • Confidence using PowerPoint and/or Notion; basic modeling skills in Excel or Sheets are beneficial.
  • Fluency in English required; German skills are an advantage but not essential.
What we offer

At Greenlyte, you grow fast and work on something that matters. From day one, you take ownership of projects that turn technology into real impact. You’ll collaborate with ambitious, curious people who move quickly and support each other along the way.

If you want a career where purpose meets progress, Greenlyte is the place to build it.

  • 30 days vacation plus public holidays
  • The opportunity to shape and grow your role in a high‑impact climate tech company
  • Founders who prioritize building a sustainable and transparent organization
