Responsibilities

Acquisition

• Preparation of project proposals including methodology, project strategy drafting and overall technical offer preparation
• Recruiting of expert teams for our various projects and opportunities including contract negotiations
• Representing the main point of coordination for consortium members, experts and clients

Sectoral Responsibilities

• Assure ecosystem visibility of Luvent in your area of expertise
• Stakeholder management
• Engage with the current development in the field of specialization

Experience & Skill Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials with a Master’s Degree in International Studies, Political Sciences, Economics, European Studies or other relevant
• At least two years of business development experience for donor‑funded projects
• Experience in preparing financial and technical offers for consulting projects
• Fully familiar with different donor‑specific procurement rules related to development cooperation
• Proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders (clients, consortium partners, experts)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Full computer literacy and full proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and / or French is a requirement, and in both languages a strong advantage
• Display commitment and passion for international development
• Positive, “can do” attitude
