Requirements
- You havefounded, scaled, or led businessesbefore – you know what ownership feels like.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on creating mutual growth opportunities with partners.
- You have atrack record of winning– hitting ambitious goals and exceeding expectations.
- Proven success in luxury sales – you’ve consistently delivered exceptional results in premium retail environments.
- You arestrategic, fearless, and competitive– you play to win and inspire others to do the same.
- Sales excellence : you canmove mountainsif that’s what’s needed.
- You know how to analyze, plan, and execute – and you never shy away from accountability.
- Fluent in German and English, with the flexibility to travel 70–80%.
- Valid EU driver’s license.
