Your Responsibilities

Advise customers on how to optimize their business processes with our innovative software solutions. Analyze their needs, develop customized implementation strategies and accompany projects from planning to implementation. Train and support customers in using our products and work closely with our development team to incorporate feedback directly into further development. Monitor market changes, identifying new trends and recommendations that offer our customers real added value.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be able to think analytically, be solution-oriented and enjoy developing creative solutions. A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification is highly preferred. Several years of experience in business consulting, preferably in the software or IT sector, is especially beneficial. Must have exceptional English communication skills, a strong customer focus and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of project management methods is helpful.
