The Owners Forum is a member-based community of leading international family enterprises represented by decision-makers of their owning families. Around eight times a year, our members come together for forums and member-hosted meetings in international business hubs such as Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Rome, Silicon Valley, Singapore or Tokyo.

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Business Analyst & Researcher to be the engine behind our core value proposition : creating impactful, high-value connections for our members. In this role, you will support the Director of Growth and Matchmaking in delivering high-level services to our members and building a strategic growth pipeline.

Your Mission & Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Stakeholder Support
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all member companies, including their business activities, international expansion, and investment strategies.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and due diligence on family enterprises to identify opportunities and build a strategic growth pipeline.
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to develop and maintain a strong growth pipeline.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external senior stakeholders.
Matchmaking & Relationship Enablement
  • Respond to member matchmaking requests to execute and facilitate strategic introductions.
Data Management & Operational Excellence
  • Redesign and optimize our Salesforce CRM to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and easily accessible, enhancing the ability to filter, analyze, and generate reports for matchmaking and due diligence processes.
  • Support project management and operational improvement initiatives within the Growth and Matchmaking team.
  • Contribute to process optimization and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Experience & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), including data structuring, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research, financial and strategic analysis, and due diligence.
  • Exposure to private capital, family enterprises, or international business environments is highly desirable.
  • English : native or C2 level; proficiency in German is an advantage.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, with a strong affinity for economic and financial data and the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in research, problem-solving, and organizational methods.
  • A hands‑on, proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow‑through on complex tasks.
