Qualifikationen

• Eine Ausbildung als Biologisch-technischer Assistent oder Biologielaborant.
• Wünschenswerte praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Zellkultur, Virologie oder Mikrobiologie.

Aufgaben

• Nachweis von Viren und Mykoplasmen in biologischen Proben.

Für die Abteilung Virologie am Standort Erkrath suchen wir ab sofort unbefristet in Vollzeit eine / n Biologisch-Technischen Assistenten (BTA) / Biologielaboranten / B.Sc. Biologie-Biotechnologie als Technical Officer (m / w / d).

Responsibilities

• Laborarbeiten mit Zellkulturen, Mykoplasmen und Viren
• der Nachweis von Viren und Mykoplasmen in biologischen Probenmaterialien
• selbständige Durchführung und Dokumentation bioanalytischer Methoden
• Erstellung von prüfungsbezogenen und übergreifenden Dokumenten
• allgemeine Laborarbeiten, z.B. Gerätewartungen
• Arbeiten und Dokumentation unter GMP-Bedingungen
• Pflege und Aufrechterhaltung des GMP-Systems
• Erstellen von Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Qualifications

• eine Ausbildung als Biologisch-technischer Assistent / Biologielaborant (m / w / d) oder ein Studium zum Bachelor of Science im Bereich Biologie / Biotechnologie / Biochemie etc.
• Wünschenswert sind praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Zellkultur, Virologie und / oder Mikrobiologie
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
