BMS Project Manager (Remote – Europe) | Contract

We are urgently seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of European projects.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing building management (BMS) projects of various sizes, typically for retailers, generally over $250K and is required to provide support and tasking direction to the project technicians and sub-contractors.

This manager role will consist of -administrative tasks, -scheduling, -cost & billing forecasting, – resource planning, -risk identification, -change of order management, -project handover, -billing and payments.

General Conditions

• Location: Home Office Position
• Flexible hours depending on project allocation (full-time or part-time possible)
• Duration: 6 Month Contract
• Competitive hourly rate
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remote BMS projects across Europe, coordinating site surveys and design preparation.
• Oversee local subcontractors and ensure project data is correctly managed (e.g., SharePoint uploads, reporting, delivery planning).
• Drive timelines, manage stakeholders, and maintain quality standards across a large number of smaller‑scale BMS installations.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a BMS Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and bring order to complex delivery environments.
• Experience with general BMS systems (technical depth not required – BMS engineering handled by internal teams).
• Languages: English (mandatory), German (bonus)
