Your Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profit targets within your territory.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits efficiently.
  • Advise customers on GCE products and conduct sales negotiations.
  • Manage order processing in close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver presentations and represent GCE at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Prepare offers, follow up on projects, and support budget planning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses and share insights with sales management.
  • Document all activities in the CRM system and participate in trainings and field meetings.
What we are looking for
  • Experience: Several years in field sales, ideally in B2B technical products.
  • Skills: Strong customer relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial equipment or related technologies.
  • Languages: Local language + English + German.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver’s license required.
  • Soft Skills: Time management, initiative, empathy, self-confidence, and critical thinking.
Desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in industrial gas control, welding, or related markets.
  • University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
