Your Tasks

As our Amazon Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind Yepoda's growth on Amazon. You'll lead the strategy and execution to scale this channel into a key revenue driver. From launching new products and running data‑driven campaigns, to optimizing the customer journey and conversion funnel, you'll identify and act on opportunities to accelerate performance. As our in‑house Amazon expert, you'll bring a test‑and‑learn mindset and continuously push for growth in a fast‑moving marketplace.

Take full ownership of the Amazon channel, managing day‑to‑day operations and driving long‑term growth through close cross‑functional collaboration.

Optimize product listings—including images, titles, descriptions, A+ content, and keywords—to boost visibility and conversion.

Manage key marketing initiatives on Amazon (e.g. advertising campaigns, Vine reviews, promotions), and align with the marketing team on brand and growth opportunities.

Partner with the operations team on stock planning, FBA shipments, and demand forecasting.

Work with customer service to ensure excellent ratings and resolve escalations when needed.

Coordinate with our compliance team to ensure all listings meet relevant regulatory and safety standards.

Liaise directly with Amazon to solve issues related to account health, listings, or policy changes.

Plan and execute new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.

Stay on top of Amazon's evolving tools, policies, and market trends to keep Yepoda one step ahead.

Your Profile

2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account—ideally in a D2C brand, aggregator, or fast‑growing start‑up environment.

Proven track record of growing revenue through performance optimization and strong command of Amazon KPIs (e.g. ACoS, RoAS, conversion rate), FBA, SEO, PPC, and tools (such as Helium 10, Seller Board, or Brand Analytics).

Experience with P&L ownership and confidence in using data to make informed, profitable decisions.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

A personal interest in skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
