Our client is a leading international technology company, specializing in advanced solutions for industrial automation and precision engineering. With a strong emphasis on innovation and quality, the company provides customized systems to high-end sectors including Defense, Rail, and Electric Drive technologies. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an AM/BDM Fluid Technology. The purpose of the role is to up-sell and cross-sell into existing accounts and to develop new business in the area of Fluid Control Systems.

Location: Region Hannover

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage new customers in Germany.
  2. Create strong relations with existing clients.
  3. Develop a robust sales pipeline by targeting untapped sectors and accounts.
  4. Translate market insights into concrete sales strategies to support business growth.
  5. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Fluid Control industry.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Management to align efforts.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fluid Technology or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or technical sales.
  3. Strong knowledge or existing network in Fluid Control industries.
  4. Proven success in generating new business and closing complex sales deals.
  5. Fluency in German and English.
  6. Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Strategic thinker capable of working independently and managing a sales territory.
  8. Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
