Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoff-/Spritzguss-/Werkzeugbau und mechanischen Verarbeitung.
• Leadership-Erfahrung wäre von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anwendung von CAD- und CAM-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Durchführung interner Schulungen.
• Anwendung & Prozessentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der APAE.
• Kundenbesuche zur Identifikation von Anforderungsprofilen.

As of now we offer a position as Advanced Process- & Application Engineer (m/f/d) in the area of Hilden

MOLDINO. As part of the Mitsubishi Materials Group, the company specialises in the manufacture and distribution of high-precision milling tools. As part of a new appointment, we are therefore looking for you to join us in Hilden, as an Advanced Process- & Application Engineer (m/f/d).

Aufgaben:

Primary responsibilities include CAD/CAM PowerMill/PowerShape

Processing enquiries from the sales team

• Evaluation and prioritisation with the APAE department
• Technical documentation of processing

Internal training courses & training concepts in collaboration with APAE

• Basic training
• Advanced training
• System solution training

Application & process development in collaboration with APAE

• POC – Proof of Concept (process development)
• System Solutions and System Solution further development
• Workshops in collaboration with APAE department
• Conceptualisation
• CAD design
• CAM programming
• Running in of CAM programmes

Development of Excel tools

• POC – Proof of Concept
• System Solutions

G2M idea development

• System solutions

Customer visits TIC (Top Innovative Customers) for technical market and customer knowledge

• Customer visits to directly identify requirement profiles
• Understanding requirement profiles in relation to the P50 concept for cost reduction

Anforderungen:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator or toolmaker or similar
• Familiar with CAM-programming and CAD-construction
• Several years of professional experience in plastics/injection moulding/mould making and mechanical processing
• Leadership experience would be a plus
• Good knowledge of PowerMill & PowerShape, MS Excel (incl. Macro programming)
• Fluent language skills in German and English
