We are seeking to support and drive our European sales with your specialized knowledge of Accurate Mass. Can you excite your colleagues and customers about the newest SCIEX HRES technology?

The Accurate Mass Workflow Specialist (AWS) - Europe is responsible for supporting accurate mass MS growth in the region by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across all markets. The role involves maintaining and developing customer relationships and collaborating with the Sales Team and Applications/Support Team to present solutions and develop sales strategies.

The AWS reports to the AWS Manager and is part of the European commercial team. This role supports both direct and indirect customers through channel partners in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Drive Accurate Mass Sales by identifying, developing, and closing MS business opportunities.
2. Enhance win-rate through collaboration with Sales, Applications/Support, and Service Teams.
3. Stay updated on workflows and market trends to inform sales strategies.
4. Partner with the Application/Support Team for demos, including pre-positioning and data review.
5. Work with Market Development Managers to generate leads at regional events.
6. Gather and report Voice of Customer (VOC) and market feedback.
7. Grow and leverage the regional user base as references.
8. Engage current and new regional Thought-Leaders in collaboration with Market Development Managers.

Minimum requirements include:

• A technical life sciences degree with several years of LC-MS experience; knowledge of relevant markets and HRMS is preferred.
• Results-driven and commercially focused; sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with strong presentation skills.
• Effective team player capable of unifying departments.
• Skilled at building internal and external relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Preferred experience includes hands-on LCMS HRES expertise.
