Qualifikationen

Our client, a leader in the innovative automotive sector, is seeking a German-speaking Accountant (m/f/d) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of numbers to support various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including posting and checking payment advices, clearings, and invoices.
• Monitor outstanding payments and report on receivables, providing precise analyses to support sales departments.
• Assist in balance sheet maintenance, cash management, and asset accounting.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing processes and systems.
• Provide qualitative information for reporting and support monthly and annual financial statements.
• Serve as a competent contact for colleagues and departments on accounting and billing issues.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, business degree, or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with SAP and strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Structured, independent working style with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong numerical understanding and careful working style.
• Flexible, willing to learn, and interested in economic contexts.
