Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Account Manager with a focus on E-Commerce to help us achieve outstanding results for our partners, customers, and the LEGO Group.

If you would love growing the LEGO Group’s E-Commerce business in Europe Central (EUC/DACH), then this is the role for you. Bring your learning mentality and commercial acuity and become part of our future-thinking E-Commerce Channel!

Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

The closing date for applications will be Tuesday 4th November 2025.

Core Responsibilities
  • Customer Responsibility and New Business Development: Take ownership of your own customer portfolio, with a strong focus on driving new business initiatives. Use your expertise in customer acquisition to expand our reach within the DACH region.

  • Support Key Account Management: Work closely with a Key Account Manager in a tandem setup on one of our top E-Commerce customers, gaining experience and developing skills in implementing strategies and activities by working with an even more senior Sales colleague.

  • Commercial Planning and Execution: Contribute to the Go-to-market strategy as well as our commercial planning process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Sales Development, e.g. to ensure effective execution of campaigns and promotions.

  • Consistent Brand Execution: Work closely with E-Commerce Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and shopper experience across all channels.

  • Increase Active Consumer Base: Implement activations and projects that aim to grow our active consumer base, reaching more children and families with the LEGO brand.

Play your part in our team succeeding!

As part of our D-A-CH Key Account Management Team, you will join a highly professional sales team focused on maximizing the potential of our E-Commerce customers. Being a part of the E-Commerce Channel in EUC Sales places you at the core of our sales efforts.

You will engage in both practical tasks and strategic, analytical projects that support long‑term account management goals. We encourage you to prioritize effectively and think proactively to help us stay ahead of future challenges and opportunities.

Do you have what it takes
  • Experience in Account Management and customer acquisition, preferably in Consumer Goods
  • Familiarity with E‑Commerce and omnichannel activations
  • Willingness to drive business development and preferably experience in developing a go‑to‑market strategy
  • Curious, eager to learn, and proactive in overcoming challenges
  • Energetic, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and networking abilities
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proficient in German and English
