Responsibilities


  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues inquiries or challenges that may arise during the trading process.

  • Stay informed about market trends product demand and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.

  • Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.

  • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.



Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field. Masters degree is a plus

  • You have prior experience in Business Development Sales Key Account Management or Account Management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • You demonstrate excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
