Tasks
What you’ll be doing

Your work will directly drive JOINs growth and customer success. Heres what that looks like :

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis.
  • Present JOINs solutions in a compelling value‑driven way in German and English.
  • Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to ensure customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management Marketing and Product to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment.
  • Lead cold‑calling campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and book meetings.
  • Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks.
  • Analyse results and continuously improve your sales performance and acumen.
Who you’ll work with

Youll work directly with Sales Leadership and collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Management Marketing and Product teams to support customers across their entire lifecycle. Youll be part of a collaborative feedback‑driven culture that values clear communication shared ownership and continuous learning.

Requirements
What we’re looking for

23 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR / BDR ideally in SaaS or Tech.

Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development.

Reliable proactive and self‑driven with a growth mindset.

Bonus points for :
  • Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
  • Additional language skills.
