As our Account Executive for the DACH region youll play a central role in scaling JOINs commercial success.
Youll drive growth across Germany Switzerland and Austria working directly with companies of all sizes from SMBs to enterprise clients. This is not just another sales role its an opportunity to become part of our DACH team shape go-to-market strategy and directly influence JOINs revenue growth customer retention and product adoption.

Youll work directly with Sales Leadership and collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Management Marketing and Product teams to support customers across their entire lifecycle. Youll be part of a collaborative feedback‑driven culture that values clear communication shared ownership and continuous learning.

Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
23 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR / BDR ideally in SaaS or Tech.
Confident presenting and consulting via phone video and in‑person meetings.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development.
Reliable proactive and self‑driven with a growth mindset.
