The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing, web design, and development projects. This role combines strategic account management with sales responsibilities requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or web development services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand clients goals, challenges, and KPIs to develop tailored strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure on‑time, high‑quality project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals to meet revenue targets.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing estimates.
- Track account performance, report progress, and communicate results effectively.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (preferably in marketing, advertising, or tech).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and web development processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Microsoft 365).
Preferred
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of web analytics, UX / UI principles, or marketing automation tools.
