Ihre Aufgaben im HR Management
  • Build and further develop a modern recruiting system (incl. Active Sourcing & Employer Branding)
  • Support the entire Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit
  • Further develop onboarding processes and personnel development concepts
  • Collaborate on feedback, compensation and development systems
  • Primary contact for all personnel questions as well as operational social benefits
  • Organisation of the internal employee administration across all law firm locations
  • Term and task coordination in the HR context
Ihr Profil
  • Completed university studies in HR, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Multiyear experience in operational personnel management – especially in recruiting
  • Knowledge of employment law and personnel development
  • Structured, independent working style with high quality standards
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, experience with HR tools (e.g. Personio) as well as basic DATEV knowledge desirable
  • Communication strength, empathy and organisational talent
