Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality Management (Switzerland)

To strengthen our External Supply Quality team, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive external supplier qualification program to assess the capabilities and quality systems of potential suppliers and service providers.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for the External Supplier Quality (ESQ) organization.
• Facilitate supplier enrollment and qualification processes.
• Revise, edit, and route Quality Agreements for signature as assigned.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Manage quality-related supplier issues, including complaints and deviations, tracking investigations, and ensuring proper CAPA plans are implemented.
• Develop and oversee supplier improvement plans where applicable.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant business or science field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a GxP environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Thorough understanding of applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and knowledge of Quality Systems and Supplier Management.
• Expertise in global cGMP regulations and ISO standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is an asset.
