Our client is looking for a forward-thinking and data-driven Global Head of HR Processes, Analytics & Digitalisation to lead the design and improvement of HR operations worldwide. This role will focus on streamlining systems, processes, and tools to build an efficient HR setup that supports a global, high-performing workforce.

The ideal candidate has a background in a consulting firm as an HR Transformation Manager or in a similar role. They bring hands-on experience setting up global Shared Service Centers, outsourcing payroll, and building HR reporting tools like dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics. Familiarity with systems like SAP HR, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and others is required. Experience with Abacus is a plus.

Position: Global Head of HR Processes, Analytics & Digitalisation (Initial contract, permanent option)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead efforts to standardize, simplify, and automate HR processes across all regions, ensuring global consistency and compliance with local regulations.
  2. Design and implement end-to-end HR process frameworks covering hiring, payroll, talent management, and HR service delivery.
  3. Continuously improve HR operations through process reengineering and digital tools.
  4. Establish and expand a dedicated HR Shared Services Center (SSC).
  5. Oversee transition of payroll and administrative tasks to external providers, ensuring high service levels, data accuracy, and compliance.
  6. Manage external vendors and governance models to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
  7. Develop and execute a global HR analytics strategy, defining and monitoring key HR metrics.
  8. Build and deploy real-time dashboards and self-service analytics tools using platforms like Power BI and SuccessFactors.
  9. Leverage data and predictive analytics to provide insights for workforce planning, talent management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
  10. Drive the HR technology roadmap and oversee implementation of systems like SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc., ensuring integration and functionality.
  11. Act as the global owner of digital HR tools, focusing on usability, data integrity, process efficiency, and business impact.
  12. Promote digital employee experience through tools like AI, chatbots, mobile apps, and self-service options.
  13. Establish strong governance around data quality, master data management, and compliance with GDPR and local laws.
  14. Implement internal controls for sensitive data, payroll accuracy, and audit readiness.
  15. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and local HR teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in global HR operations, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in:
    • Leading HR transformation projects, preferably in consulting
    • Establishing and scaling Shared Services Centers
    • Managing multi-country payroll outsourcing
    • Developing HR analytics programs, dashboards, KPIs
  • Experience in complex, matrix global organizations.
  • Deep expertise with SAP HR (ECC or S/4HANA), SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, UKG, Power BI, and similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS integration, APIs, and cloud-based HR technologies.
