As a Senior Project Manager in IT and Digitalization at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for planning, managing, and executing complex IT and digitalization projects while providing excellent service to the bank's internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and support large-scale software and transformational projects using your expertise in digital and IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Manage the implementation of technology solutions.
Coordinate business and technical teams across different areas of expertise.
Manage project communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within the Project Management Office (PMO) and at C-level.
Your Profile
Higher education (university / FH) in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or similar.
At least 10 years of experience at the IT-banking interface, either at a bank or consulting firm.
Proven track record in managing digitalization, IT transformations, or IT infrastructure projects.
Interest and motivation in IT and related technologies, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and grow your expertise.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
Willingness to take responsibility.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, and/or Portuguese is a plus.
