As a service technician medical technology ...

• You will be comprehensively introduced to your new portfolio of tasks and will be able to independently perform the technical and application service of our medical devices
• Independently carry out installations, instructions, repairs and maintenance of hardware and software-controlled systems at the customer's site
• Act as a central contact for service questions in a holistic customer support and consultation for our customers
• Create documentation/reports about your service assignments and map the data in the CRM
• Work actively and constructively with sales and office staff
• We provide you with all equipment including a company car (also for private use) for the optimal fulfilment of tasks

You've come to the right place if...

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the field of electronics/electrical engineering and you have a passion for technically sophisticated products/instruments
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of medical technology and you are used to the operating room environment
• You have mature expertise in the Windows operating system environment, PC hardware and network technology
• You have already gained experience in the field and are interested in an unrestricted willingness to travel
• You speak fluent German and you can also communicate well in English, also in French
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and you are characterized by qualified manners
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented, reliable way of working and a strong team spirit
