DevOps Engineer (part-time possible, all genders)

The earliest possible start date for this role is Fall 2025.

Your mission

  • Support engineering teams to master and automate application development, establish configuration management, automate infrastructure, implement continuous integration, and train teams in DevOps best practices to achieve a continuously deployable system.
  • Help build scalable cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting, and support engineering teams in gaining insights into application status.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines, and train and guide teams in DevOps practices.

Who you are

  • Degree in an IT- or tech-related field.
  • Depending on your experience level: minimum two years of professional experience in application development using a modern language.
  • Experience in defining, advising, and implementing DevOps practices to improve software development and operations.
  • Knowledge in CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, deployment strategies, operations, and DevOps culture.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (GER / FR / IT).
