Business Manager /Management Support (Private Banking) 100%

For our client, an exclusive private bank in the heart of Zürich, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to support th senior management in the strategic and operational development.

Daily responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted partner to senior management, supporting business planning, execution, and operational efficiency
• Analyze financial and business data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making
• Create and maintain Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, financial planning, and business development initiatives
• Drive and coordinate key projects across different teams, ensuring alignment with the banks strategic objectives

Key requirements:

• Fluency in English & German (both written and spoken) is essential. French a great advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations, reports)
• Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
