Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for leading and developing the Quality Manufacturing Department at Pilatus Emmen with approximately 25 employees.
• Actively shape a quality-conscious corporate culture through authentic, motivating leadership.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Order Processing, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and the Pilatus headquarters in Stans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (EASA Part 21 G, EN9100) and other internal and international quality standards.
• Conduct and coordinate internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory audits.

What You Bring

• Completed technical studies (Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science) or equivalent training.
• Training and/or extensive experience in EASA Part 21 G and EN9100.
• Several years of experience in quality management with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experienced leadership qualities.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
