Responsibilities

• Support and optimize warehouse processes in the Supply Chain, especially SAP EWM, label management, and mobile dialogues.
• Handle 1st and 2nd-level support, coordinate change requests, and ensure smooth application operations.
• Collaborate closely with users and experts to enhance system functionalities and support future system landscape developments.
• Manage master data, test new releases, and prepare documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer-oriented, and communicative.
• Extensive SAP EWM, MM, and SD modules experience; support experience is a plus.
• Quick learner, proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Degree or certification in IT, Business Informatics, or related fields; fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
