CSQA Compliance Lead

We are seeking two experienced Quality Assurance professionals to support the oversight of global GMP Computerized Systems (CS). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT Quality or Business QA, with deep expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV). Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as ITIL frameworks, is essential. This position requires a proactive mindset and a solid understanding of GMP requirements, change management, and problem-solving within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as QA reviewer for IT Computer System Validation deliverables
• Evaluate IT Change and Problem Tickets from a QA perspective
• Contribute to broader Quality Assurance activities across the team
• Conduct Functional Risk Assessments
• Review and support creation of Test Plans and Reports
• Oversee and manage Change Requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience (5–10 years)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CSV
• Proficiency with key IT tools: Google Suite, Microfocus ALM, ServiceNow; Veeva QMS is a plus
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
