Position Summary

Join our team for a 3-year corporate study program with our partner university DHBW Lrrach, where you will gain hands-on experience in designing AI-driven tools and automating business processes within an international organization. You will work closely with experts and cross-functional teams to support system integration, data management, and ongoing process optimization. This program offers a dynamic learning environment, valuable mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a motivated, multi-cultural team committed to innovation and excellence.

Start: October 1, 2025 - alternting in a 3-month rhythm between Jet Aviation at Basel Airport and DHBW Lrrach.

Your Role

• Design and prototype AI-driven tools
• Collabo rate with experts to integrate AI features into products or services
• Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of business processes
• Automate processes across systems with automation tools
• Support the team with daily ongoing systems support
• Assist in the organization and management of the team's data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operation teams

Your Profile

• Interested in learning new processes and systems
• Solution oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and German, study courses and exams are in German
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
