Responsibilities

• Manage service operations for fire alarm systems in the Bern area.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance and repair tasks.
• Provide technical customer support during business hours with your team.
• Implement smaller projects independently.
• Maintain customer relationships alongside team leaders.
• Act as deputy for neighboring regions during absences.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as an Electromechanic or Automation Technician EFZ.
• Preferably supplemented with commercial training.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German; good knowledge of French and English or willingness to learn.
