Job Description
Provide legal advice on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and internal dispute resolution.
Support the HR litigation team on cases before the ILOAT or UNAT, including drafting submissions and coordinating legal strategy.
Advise on interpretation and application of internal rules and employment frameworks.
Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, and HR-related policies.
Collaborate with HR, Ethics, Governance, and Legal teams to ensure institutional compliance.
Support risk management related to employment law and internal investigations.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Lawyer.
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years in an international organization or law firm advising on employment law and administrative litigation.
Mandatory experience handling cases before the ILOAT or UNAT.
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
