In our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor controls and inverter systems. Our technology contributes to making industry, public, and individual transport more energy-efficient, and also enables the production and transportation of renewable energy from the production site to consumers.

What you can do:

• Handle production lots according to current work instructions under cleanroom conditions.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure continuous manufacturing quality through in-process controls and customer perspective.
• Train and further educate operators in collaboration with the quality technician and senior operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and maintain order and cleanliness in production.

Your background:

• Completed apprenticeship (technical background preferred) or equivalent education.
• Production experience, ideally in a cleanroom environment.
• Manual dexterity, reliability.
• Good German language skills (spoken and written), basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Experience in quality assurance is a plus.
• Willingness for continuous self-development and training, and readiness to work in shifts (weekends, late, and night shifts).
