Job Overview

This role involves:

• Conceptualizing technical solutions to expand the e-commerce platform into a customer portal (B2B & B2C).
• Identifying business processes for end-to-end automation in collaboration with external partners and our project management team.
• Managing and coordinating external IT service providers and outsourcing partners for seamless integration and operations.
• Supporting and developing our e-commerce platform (Spryker) and its integration with PIM (Informatica).

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree or training in IT (e.g., Informatics EFZ, Requirements Engineering, Business Informatics) or equivalent with further education (HF / FH).
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Application Management as an Application Manager or Product Owner, focusing on e-commerce systems, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
• Experience in developing online shops or digital customer platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile methods (SCRUM).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, a service-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and openness to pragmatic ideas.
