Electronics Control Hardware Architect
Join our R&D Smart Controls department and play a key role in shaping the future of elevator control systems.
As Electronics Control Hardware Architect, you will lead the technical architecture of our next-generation controller platforms, defining and refining requirements while driving innovation in hardware components and technologies.
Your new challenges include
- Analyzing system requirements and translating them into robust hardware solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant codes.
- Defining, documenting, and maintaining the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics and product structure.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) to align HW-SW functionality and ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose systems.
- Developing and integrating interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms.
- Defining requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components.
- Driving quality assurance by designing FMEAs, performing root cause analysis, and leading cross-functional design reviews.
- Supporting test and field analysis, documenting corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
- Identifying emerging technology trends, initiating feasibility studies, and contributing to the evolution of our products.

Further requirements may include
- Degree in Electronics Engineering
- Proven technical leadership in hardware architecture for control systems.
- Extensive experience in architecture design, requirements engineering, interface management, and system analysis
- Strong knowledge of production processes for electronic assemblies and installation/commissioning procedures.
- Proficient level of English, other languages are a plus
