Transfer Expert - Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Securities Transfer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the transfer of securities and ensuring seamless execution of transactions.

• Process incoming and outgoing internal deliveries for various types of securities, shares, bonds, and mutual funds.
• Issue faxes to counterparties and send instructions to custodians via SWIFT MT540 / MT542 / MT599 or fax.
• Monitor and settle transactions in a timely manner, updating our core banking system accordingly.
• Open accounts with transfer agents when necessary.

You will work closely with various departments, including Security Master, Investment Funds, Tax, Compliance, and Reconciliation teams, to facilitate transfers and reconcile cash positions.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the financial or asset management industry.
• Strong knowledge of stock markets, hedge funds, and mutual funds.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver quality service during intense periods.
• Familiarity with systems such as Temenos – GTmatch– GTExchange (formerly Stelink), SWIFT, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS, and / or XACT is highly desirable.
• Fluency in French and a very good level of English in writing and speaking is required.
