Responsibilities

• Software development at the interface between business units and IT for diverse clients
• Assisting in the realization of complex applications for clients
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into IT solutions
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary, agile software development teams
• Analyzing problems and creating technical specifications

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in Java software development, with knowledge in target industries
• Strong knowledge of software engineering methods and techniques, such as process and data modeling (OOA/OOD and UML)
• Familiarity with common component models (JEE) and design principles
• Experience with software development methodologies, preferably Agile (Scrum)
• Knowledge of frameworks like Hibernate, Spring, Angular, or React
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented demeanor, and a proactive approach
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel
