As the premier supplier to our international banking client in Basel, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Findur experience to analyze business processes and document business requirements for implementation in Findur.
This is an initial contract until the end of our client's financial year on 31 March 2026, with the possibility of extension based on project roadmaps. The start date is ASAP, but they can wait for the right candidate.
The Findur Business Analyst will join a small, diverse team of professionals and will focus on analyzing business processes and documenting requirements for Findur implementation. The project is moving into its second phase, focusing on BCP recovery activities.
Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and design business processes related to trading applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, following industry best practices. Collaborate with design teams to translate requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Develop test plans for business applications and support their execution. Coordinate business acceptance testing for financial messaging projects.
- Coordinate with IT teams on system design, integration, standards, and change management.
RequirementsCandidates should have as many of the following skills as possible:
- At least five years of experience supporting business applications in banking, including facilitating workshops and meetings independently, and preparing materials for requirements gathering.
- Deep knowledge of Openlink Findur and understanding of its functionality.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements documentation.
- Good understanding of banking, central banking activities, and trade management flows.
- Experience with Business Continuity Plan activities is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
