Your Opportunity

As a Consolidated Accounts Specialist, you will report to the Group Inventory and TFF Consolidated Accounts Specialist, supporting the team in ensuring a strong financial controls environment and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory requirements.

You are a young professional with strong data analysis and communication skills, experience working with cross-functional groups, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

How will You contribute

As a team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of the Control System
  • Internal compliance and SOX regulations compliance
  • Participation in the audit of the separate and consolidated financial statements (prepared according to IFRS principles)
  • Support the Consolidation process related to the Tom Ford Fashion segment
  • Verification of the contents of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Notes to the Financial Statements to support the consolidation process
  • Deviation analysis and reporting activities for consolidated accounts and components, supporting periodic activities about Group Inventory Reporting
  • Support to the component finance teams regarding IFRS principles and SOX regulations
  • Ensure that controls defined in the ICFR framework are executed, with control owners understanding their responsibilities, documenting control execution, and retaining supporting evidence

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented young professional with excellent analytical skills.

You have:
  • A Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a medium/large structured entity or group
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian
  • Knowledge of SOX/262 internal controls over financial reporting and IFRS (considered a plus)
  • Knowledge of Oracle consolidation tool (considered a plus)
  • Availability for occasional travel related to new acquisitions, mergers, and training across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America
